The aim of this module is to provide a critical exploration of the contemporary issues that impact upon leadership and innovation in the context of integrated services in health, social work and social care. There will also be an opportunity to undertake Myers Briggs training on one of the days.

Entry requirements 

This module aims to work with leaders across the social work and social care sectors.

All candidates need to ensure that they have a relevant undergraduate degree at 2:2 or above, or evidence of their ability to study at postgraduate level.
