The course covers topics such as building on the service area level plans, rationalizing priorities, corporate response teams, aide memoirs for corporate level business disruption and maintaining a business continuity management system.

No formal entry requirements are required but the course would benefit someone working in an appropriate area.

Please note that you must have attended course Creating Departmental or Business Unit Business Continuity Plans - PROT0012 before attending this course.
