Business Continuity Management
Accredited by the Business Continuity Institution (BCI) and delivered by academics and emergency service subject experts, this short course will prepare you for the BCI examination.
Course overview
Module 1 will consists of 3 days theoretical input on the business continuity lifecycle. It prepares the student for the Business Continuity Institutes ‘Certificate in Business Continuity’.
Modules 2 and 3 provides for external validation of BCM arrangements and testing of response plans and are organisational specific.
Learning outcome and aims
Module 1 will help prepare the delegate for the Certificate of Business Continuity Institute Examination.
