Business Continuity Management
Accredited by the Business Continuity Institution (BCI) and delivered by academics and emergency service subject experts, this short course will prepare you for the BCI examination.
Module 1 will consists of 3 days theoretical input on the business continuity lifecycle. It prepares the student for the Business Continuity Institutes ‘Certificate in Business Continuity’.
Modules 2 and 3 provides for external validation of BCM arrangements and testing of response plans and are organisational specific.
Learning outcome and aims
Module 1 will help prepare the delegate for the Certificate of Business Continuity Institute Examination.

Any changes as a result of the validation will be immediately included and highlighted in the course documentation and all students holding current offers will be provided with a comprehensive list of those changes.
