Level 1

This level 1 qualification is perfect if you’re starting out in basketball coaching and planning to work alongside a club coach in a school or coaching environment.

The role of the Level 1 coach is to assist more qualified coaches, delivering aspects of coaching sessions, normally under direct supervision. By successfully completing a Level 1 coaching qualification, as part of a UKCC endorsed coach education programme, you'll be able to:

Actively involved in basketball, either player, parent, teacher etc.
