By the end of the workshop, you will be able to implement some practical strategies for lowering the risk of injury.
Andy Cunningham is a Sports Therapist and Principal Lecturer in the Division of Rehabilitation Sciences and has been involved in leading and delivering teaching on the BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy and MSc Sports Medicine courses. He is an accredited Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the International Youth Conditioning Association.
