Perinatal Mental Health

Perinatal Mental Health

Perinatal mental health is one of the leading causes of perinatal mortality. Evidence informs us that women often experience a regional variation of care and are often left untreated, potentially with devastating consequences.

UCLan are proud to present a one-day perinatal mental health workshop. This exciting and informative workshop is aimed at all healthcare professionals, qualified staff and students working with women and families with perinatal mental health issues.

The workshop will include a range of sessions aimed at allowing healthcare professionals the opportunity to develop their confidence, knowledge and skills in the planning, care and management of perinatal mental health.

Lunch will be provided and a pack of key resources will be made available for each attendee.
