This 1-day professional training workshop explores the fascinating topic of Emotional Intelligence (EI) and how it can help you to be a more effective leader.

You will be introduced to the theory and core principles of EI and have the opportunity to explore how these can be applied for yourself and your working environment.

Course Content


  • Test your own EI with a pre-course assessment.  Findings provided through a personal detailed report.
  • Receive 1:1 feedback with a Chartered Psychologist (30 minutes)
  • Apply you learning using the Creative Simulation Zone
  • Take away a recording of your learning experience
