Civil and Commercial Mediation

With fully fleshed-out training and high-quality feedback, the five-day course will teach you to effectively build rapport with clients & individuals, enhance your active listening and communication skills, and most importantly, guide parties to settle their disputes.

As an extremely interactive course, putting the skills to practice is what takes priority. Having this first-hand experience will enable you to feel ready for the final day's assessment. On completion of the training, graduates will become eligible for the qualification of accredited mediator.
