The graduation ceremony was held at the Paul Octave Wiehe Auditorium at the University of Mauritius where over 400 guests, including family and friends of the graduates, enjoyed an uplifting and vibrant event.

2018/2019 was the best year ever for the number of enrolments across both the undergraduate and post graduate programmes. However that number has been surpassed this academic year as the number of students recruited on the Law and Construction Project Management and the Project Management continues to grow.
This year also saw the successful re-accreditation of the LLB English Law, LLB English and Mauritian Law and the GDL. The numbers on the full time GDL have increased by over 100%
Last year the student’s organised lots of activities on campus including celebrations to mark Diwali and Mauritius Independence day. There was a full programme of visiting speakers including senior members of the Judiciary in Mauritius, Senior Counsel and alumni who inspired the students with their stories of studying Law both in Mauritius and in the UK.
The students set up and ran a Law Society which published newsletters and at Christmas raised money for a local charity to provide shelter for women and children who are in distress. Looking forward to 2019/2020, there is much success to build on over the forthcoming months.
