The Leading Lancashire project delivers leadership and management training for the Lancashire workforce. It enables people to develop their leadership and management skills through training, coaching and support. Although anyone working in a Lancashire based SME is eligible, the project has a focus on supporting women to develop their leadership and management careers. The project is part funded by the European Social Fund.
What does it involve?
You will be able to discuss your leadership and management training and development needs with a member of the project team, who will work for one of the 11 project delivery partners. They will assist you with developing a learning programme for your time on Leading Lancashire and support you in achieving your goals. Your programme may include accredited training, coaching and mentoring, with attendance at specific seminars and master classes.
