The conditions of residence form part of a contractual agreement between UCLan and the student. It is important you read this so you are aware of what the University expects of you whilst you are living in their halls.
If you fail to comply with the conditions of residence you can be fined, transferred to other accommodation or even have your accommodation contract terminated.
We guarantee a room in halls, on campus, for every new full-time student
