Zemin is the Course Leader for the MBA Programme Advanced Entry. She led the design and implementation of our MBA Programme Advanced Entry.
Zemin has significantly contributed to academia, industry, and international collaborations. She holds a PhD in Business and Management from the University of Manchester. In the industry, Zemin served as General Manager at UCLan Technology (Shenzhen) Ltd., establishing partnerships with key organisations such as the British Council and British Chamber of Commerce China. She launched the ‘Tech Innovators’ programme, supporting over 50 start-ups, and developed international CPD programmes in Business and Management, Midwifery, Nursing, and Football.
Her innovative teaching methods have increased student satisfaction and engagement. She also supervises doctoral students, fostering their academic and research development. Zemin's research contributions include leading the UCLan project in a Horizon 2020 bid focused on Social Effectiveness through Forecasting Illness Empowerment (SELFIE) and collaborating with SMEs on projects related to smoking cessation and smart cities. Recognised for his impactful work, Zemin has received awards such as the UK Alumni Awards (Social Action Award Winner) and the Department for International Trade (DIT) Greater China Awards.
