Jason Addy
University of Central Lancashire Lecturer of the Year 2022/3. Jason teaches on a wide range of subjects at LLB, Masters and Degree Apprenticeship levels
Jason is an award-winning campaigner and researcher of environmental & occupational disease law & policy. He is an archivist of the Spodden Valley Trust that documents the history and global legacy of asbestos exposure. He has presented his findings to UK, EU and international institutions and has long-established links to legal firms and organisations who have litigated in the Court of Appeal, House of Lords and UK Supreme Court. This is coupled with real-world experience of business and networking to help champion entrepreneurship and resilience so that students can fulfil their full potential in their careers and wider society.
