Whilst Anisha teaches across all years of the MPharm course, she is joint Course Lead and a key member of the teaching team for the Independent Prescribing course. She is also a Module Tutor for the Clinical Pharmacy 2 module on the MSc Advanced Pharmacy Practice.
She also works part-time in Integrated Care as part of the multidisciplinary team. This is to provide better coordinated care to patients in her role as a Clinical Pharmacist.
Anisha graduated in 2008 from the University of Bradford with a Master of Pharmacy Degree. She started her career as a community pharmacist before joining us in 2014 part-time. Alongside academia where she gained her Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy in 2022, Anisha has experience in primary care involving working for a number of Federations and GP practices. Within this sector, she achieved her Non Medical Prescribing qualification from the University of Bolton in 2017.
