Celebration of Success Event

High achieving, dedicated students from the Lancashire School of Business and Enterprise (LSBE) attended the annual Celebration of Success event to commemorate their hard work and achievements over the previous academic year.

The ceremony hosted an array of hardworking individuals alongside their family and friends from all courses across all divisions within the Lancashire School of Business and Enterprise. The awards commended students with an average percentage mark (APM) of 70% and above, therefore earning a place on the prestigious Dean’s List, alongside respectively, awards for outstanding achievement and commitment from each course across all divisions.

The recently renovated Harrington social space in the heart of the LSBE hosted the event decorated with balloons and posters showcasing Lancashire School of Business and Enterprise's brilliant students.

Celebratory cocktails, mocktails and nibbles were served on arrival to all award winners and their guests, whilst the incredibly talented String Infusion performed a range of music genres.

Chris Pyke, Dean of the Lancashire School of Business and Enterprise awarded all winners with their certificate and place on the prestigious Dean’s List.

Chris Pyke commented, “The Celebration of Success event is a wonderful opportunity to acknowledge our student’s achievements, along with their families and friends. All students receiving an award have worked hard over the past year and I am positive they will keep up their diligent efforts throughout the rest of their degree.”

Chloe Carr BA(Hons) Business and Marketing, third year student commented, “Every year the event is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate with fellow students our successes and commitment to our studies. The event motivates me to continue working hard, pushing forward into my third and final year of my degree because it is rewarding knowing your dedication and hard work is being recognised by UCLan. The event is also the perfect social opportunity to celebrate with friends.” – APM of 70% and above, therefore earning a place on the prestigious Dean’s List.
