Online Payments
Online Payment Facility
Students can make online payments to the University. This secure system allows you to pay tuition fees or sundry invoices either in full or in part by using WorldPay. There are two options as follows:
- To make a single payment against your balance with UCLan of an amount determined by you. This can be the full amount outstanding or a partial payment. Please note if your account remains in arrears after your payment, sanctions may be imposed without any further notice.
- Full-time UK or EU undergraduate students can enter into an arrangement to pay tuition fees over three instalments.
You may also be able to pay your fees by Direct Debit, please contact Customer Accounts where you will also find further information on paying your fees at UCLan.
To use this payment facility you will need your Student Registration number (8 digits) which can be found on your UCLan ID card, your Acknowledgment of Student Enrolment form or your invoice and a valid debit or credit card.
Commercial clients or sponsors should quote the Customer ID (4 or 5 digits) that can be found on the invoice.
Please note we do not accept American Express cards online. Please contact the cashiers office direct on 01772 892184/6 if you wish to use this payment method.
All successful payments will be given a transaction number, which you should retain as confirmation of payment. You will also receive an e-mail receipt of your payment from WorldPay.
Students should note that payments will take up to 10 days to show on your account.
