Enrolment Online

Welcome to myUCLan
This service provides access to UCLan’s online enrolment facility.  Most students will be expected to use this service, including overseas and partner college students.  To see when online enrolment is open for you look up your programme details on UCLan’s online enrolment programme list.

What is enrolment?
Enrolment is the process through which you:

  • Agree to be a student member of the University for the whole, or part of, an academic year.
  • Confirm your agreement to abide by the University's Regulations and to become liable for fee payment. Click on the following link for the Student Guide to Regulations.
  • Check and update personal information held by the University on your student record.
  • Confirm that you consent to the University processing the information acquired by it in accordance with the University’s Data Protection Statement.

What do I need?
The online enrolment process should only take a few minutes to complete. You will need to have the following information with you:

  • Your User ID and password (this is the same ID and password you use to log on to the University's system).
  • Your contact details including telephone numbers and email addresses.

What happens next?
Once you have logged into the online enrolment service you will be guided through an enrolment checklist which will enable you to check information held by the University about you, and update information where required.

You can save at any point prior to confirming your enrolment and return to it at a later date. However, please note that there are specified enrolment periods when this service is open and you are encouraged to complete your enrolment as soon as possible within your allocated period – to check your enrolment dates please refer to the online enrolment programme list.

Once you have completed enrolment an Acknowledgement of Student Enrolment will be sent to your UCLan email account within 24 hours – this along with your corporate card can be used as proof of enrolment. Students using this method of enrolment will not require or receive a green Acknowledgement of Student Enrolment. Students can access their UCLan email account using the Outlook Web App and entering their UCLan email address and password.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the University’s Data Protection Statement.

Accessibility
Screen Readers - If you are using a screen reader you may experience problems using this service – if this is the case please contact your department who can arrange an alternative method of enrolment.

If you lose your Acknowledgement of Student Enrolment you should log-in to online enrolment again and choose the Resend My Email option where you see the message that you have already enrolled online.
