You will need to visit www.outlook.com/uclan.ac.uk which will direct you to Office 365 email. Enter your full UCLan email address (e.g. email@example.com) and your UCLan password.
If you previously used a bookmark/favourite to access your UCLan email this may prevent you from logging in now. Please use the link above to login and then you can add this as a new bookmark/favourite.
If you see a message saying - You are signed in and to sign out - click here.
Remember that you will need to enter your full UCLan email address e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org and your UCLan password.

If after following the advice above you are not able to login to your email account then please contact LIS Customer Support. They will look at your account details to ensure they are valid and offer further advice.
Providing accounts via the Office 365 service allows UCLan to deliver a service to students which couldn’t be achieved in-house. A large mailbox, SkyDrive and access to on-line Office applications are features unique to Microsoft’s service. You will be able to access your mail, create and edit Office documents and collaborate with fellow students more easily, from anywhere with a web connection.
