An institutional repository for the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan). Jointly funded by JISC - Information Environment Programme, this start-up project will run from 1st April 2009 until 30th September 2010.

12th March 2010 - CLoK key dates announced
EPrints has now been installed and the initial Uclan configuration completed.

25th November 2009 - Research Cluster Meeting
On the 25th November, The Office of the University Director of Research in collaboration with LIS organised an introduction to the Institutional Repository for Research Cluster leaders and other interested researchers.
10th November 2009 - Newsletter 1
You may already be aware of the UCLan Institutional Repository Project. However, if not, this newsletter introduces the project, the Institutional Repository and its potential for you.
30th October 2009 - October Update
October has seen the start of the procurement process; the orders for the EPrints Services and a server are currently being processed.
7th October 2009 - Eprints is chosen as the Institutional Repository at Uclan
After a very productive site visit to the EPrint Repository at Liverpool University, the project Team have selected EPrints as the Institutional Repository here at Uclan.
28th September - Shortlist narrowed down to two
The presentations by the Repository software suppliers have taken place. The team have now narrowed the shortlist down to two potential suppliers: PTFS and Eprints.
16th September 2009 - Where we're up to...
The first six months of the project has been spent setting up the project structure which includes a Project Board and Project Team. We have contacted interested parties to create a project team to represent different areas of the University that will be involved with using the Institutional Repository.
