You can use Remote Access (Citrix) to access networked files when you're studying away from UCLan.
Please look at the How to Manage Files on the Network guide for more information about saving, deleting and copying files whilst using the UCLan Network.
Please Note: If you you have worked from an email downloaded from your emails, then pressed the save button and cannot find the file. Please use the How to Recover Documents opened via Webmail guide to attempt recovery. This can also be found on our LIS Guides and forms page. Be aware that if you have logged out of the computer or downloaded the original document from your email again on the same computer, the file may have been deleted automatically or overwritten back to its original state.
