Student Support and Wellbeing offers various specialist services to support students, including:

These can be accessed through the Student Support Assistants in the <i> based in the library.  As well on advising on the above, they can also offer general support and guidance.

You can also visit Headroom for practical information and links to support your wellbeing. The staff at the University Medical Centre are able to provide you with a caring and confidential service on a wide range of health issues.

The Healthy University initiative aims to create healthy environments, students can become involved by volunteering and gaining work experience.

All Preston main campus students are entitled to a FREE Sports Membership. UCLan are giving you this amazing offer to promote health and fitness across campus. Your sports membership gives you access to all the facilities at Sir Tom Finney Sports Centre and UCLan Sports Arena. Classes, fitness Suites, team games, racket sports, fitness assessments, competitions and events, and much more. You can join anytime at STFSC or USA.
