Steven is a subject matter expert in policing and organisational development. He has worked nationally and internationally with Police Forces and multi-agency partnerships. He was in the police service for thirty years and left in the rank of chief superintendent. He is a Director of STALOS Consultancy Ltd which specialises in systems thinking and learning organisation principles and he is the Independent Chair of the Bolton Safeguarding Adults Board, a multi-agency Board which collaborates to safeguard vulnerable adults in need of care and support.

Steven's external affiliations and roles include Business development advisor. Developing CPD short programmes. Constructing bids for tenders.
