Bryn has worked at some of Britain's leading design groups namely, Robinson Lambie-Nairn, the Chase and Sampson/Tyrell. He has won national and international professional design awards including D&AD, Roses and New York Festivals Awards. His private clients include Savile Row tailor Tommy Nutter, musician David Bowie, the Haemophiliac Society, Lowry,Salford and the Creative Circle.

He has been a lecturer in Visual Communication for over twenty years and has been awarded 45 D&AD student awards. These include 12 golds, 4 Student of the Year and 3 John Gillard Awards. Between 2005 - 2008 he was the CityBrand Project Leader and Lead Designer, a post graduate design research project that focused on the transformative power of design in relation to small cities and larger towns. It produced imaginative and thought provoking solutions to bespoke street furniture, outdoor museum exhibits and branding projects. All the solutions were profoundly related to historically or culturally important people or events, which gave inhabitants a sense of ownership and instilled in them, civic pride. In 2009, the project went on to be featured as one of only three films made nationally about excellence in design education by Design and Art Direction of Great Britain. The project pioneered collaborative working methods between all design disciplines and was instrumental in the philosophy underpinning the new MA Transdisciplinary Design course.
