Paresh Parmar is an innovative and driven individual whose interest spans all aspects of Fashion Brand Marketing, development and use of digital technology in fashion as well as it's application across all other sectors. A First Class Honours Graduate in Fashion Promotion with an MA in Lifestyle promotion, Paresh supplements his academic roles with his experience from his own consultancy and development business, Pagemakers, and his involvement as an non-executive on the Board of HIV Sport. Not only does he self motivate but he has the ability to inspire and motivate his students and the results have been winning multiple awards for Strategic, Creative and Brand Marketing over the last 7 years. His skills in his field have also been recognised and since 2011 he has been fulfilling the role of External Examiner at two other universities.

Research

Marketing, Planning, Management, Online development, digital design and SMM

Paresh Parmar has over 10 years of experience working within the field of online development. Over the years, Paresh has aided development and matured relationships with numerous airlines, PLCs and education sectors.

Developments include the creation, roll-out and support of bespoke online solutions for many clients. Projects have been designed to improve organisational communications and streamline the roles of administration personnel leading to significant cost savings, improved efficiencies and morale within many of his clients.

Paresh also works with HIVsport on the following objectives:

  • To raise awareness of HIV and AIDS and promote sexual health in sport. To achieve this aim we use the 'Badge of Hope'.
  • Create, through sport, greater public awareness of the global epidemic of HIV and Aids
  • Provide education and training to people in all roles in sport around HIV and sexual health
  • Support sports-related HIV and sexual health education projects
