Kerry has worked as a Lecturer in Midwifery since April 2015.  she is currently year lead and module leader for the second year long course BSC Midwifery.

Kerry has attained a BSC Hons degree in Adult Nursing and a BSC Hons degree in Midwifery.  She has a nursing background working in the Emergency department and Urgent care centres.  Her previous clinical role was as the Preceptorship support Midwife at a local NHS trust. Kerry's areas of expertise are within the complex labour and birth environment and also the training and support of newly qualified Midwives.

Also she has a specialist interest in the prevention of stillbirths.
