Gillian is currently teaching a range of marketing modules including brand management, services management. Her personal research interests include the marketing of regional foods, branding regional meat and sustainability.
Gillian's current work includes teaching undergraduate and postgraduate modules in marketing. Course leader for MSc Marketing Management.
Her previous work at the University of Hull, International Fisheries Institute, included international consultancy work on fisheries related projects in Sarawak, Uganda, Kenya, The Gambia, Eastern and Northern Europe, as well as postgraduate teaching.
She is currently completing a PhD at The University of Newcastle
