Former senior police officer having retired in July 2016 from Cheshire Police. During a thirty year career held roles as Crime Manager, Intelligence Manager, head of Strategic Public Protection Unit, Economic Crime Unit and also a Senior Investigating Officer. Latterly I was involved in delivering strategic change programme with the implementation of a new Neighbourhood Policing model 2014-16.

Keen interest in developing effective local policing practices to support investigation and disruption of Serious and Organised Crime – also working in partnership to protect vulnerable persons. Involved in the development and training of the first Beat Management courses in Cheshire and developing Chief Inspectors across the force in management of Local Policing Units.

I have a son Jack who is an apprentice electrician. I am a keen cyclist and climber.
