Eve is course leader of the BA (Hons) Fashion Promotion with Sandwich course and year tutor for final year students of the Promotion course. Having both a degree and Masters degree and managing and running a creative business places her in a key position to advise, support and inspire students at all levels. Fashion Promotion is a well structured and designed programme with a broad range of industry led topics and skills covered at each level with the added advantage of an additional 1 year supported placement in industry.

Eve has taught at the University of Central Lancashire for 12 years on the Fashion Promotion/ Fashion Promotion with Styling course. Having completed both a BA Honours degree and Masters degree in Fashion Promotion and a Post Graduate Teaching Qualification, she is well placed to direct students at all levels on creative ideas, promotion strategies as well as other related areas that all feed into the promotion arena.
Eve is the course leader of a successful degree programme which covers a broad and creative range of projects including Promotion, Trend, Styling, Packaging Design, Branding, Graphics, Photography, PR and Marketing. The students experience throughout the course is a very supportive one with understanding and academic support offered continually and at all times. Eve prides herself on having a strong relationship with her students ensuring they have a progressive and enjoyable final year of study after a fulfilling placement year.
Further to her academic career at UCLan, Eve successfully manages and runs her own online stationery business selling high end premium invitations to the corporate and private events industry and regularly features in national magazines, blogs and show cases her work at national events and fairs. More recently her business has moved into designing and producing installation pieces for industry to use at trade shows and exhibitions. The continued involvement and links with industry along with a hands on approach to promotion ensures an up to date and relevant range of expertise is on offer to students. This hands on approach gives clarity to lectures as we can offer specific examples and it ensures we stay ahead of industry expectations, practices and trends.
Eve has an active knowledge transfer profile having recently completed a £5000 project in conjunction with another member of staff on creating a marketing plan and strategy for a North West business. Her teaching has also been highlighted in two internal journals for good practice in relation to both feedback and teaching. Eve is also a fellow of the Higher Education Authority.
