Professional Doctorate in Research for Professional Practice

This programme provides an exciting opportunity to participate in a flexible programme of postgraduate study in which you can discover your potential, set new goals and progress in a systematic manner through a structured programme which progresses from Postgraduate Certificate to Professional Doctorate.

Delivered on a part-time basis the programme focuses on developing core skills of relevance to a wide range of practitioners working in health, social care  and local government settings and is delivered to meet the needs of senior practitioners who are combining study with either full or part-time employment.

The programme provides the opportunity for you to study taught modules and undertake a substantive research project relevant to your area of practice and has been developed by academics from across the Faculty to provide an interdisciplinary ethos and learning environment.
