Students will showcase skills at Grand Theatre

Performance students from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) will show off their skills at The Grand Theatre in Blackpool.

The one night show includes a collaborative piece with the Levantes Dance Theatre entitled ‘Time flies like an arrow, fruit flies like a banana’ performed by final year Dance, Performance and Teaching students as well as performances of their own choreographed work and pieces from other year groups.

"We thought our students really deserved a platform outside the University to show their talent, interest and passion. We’d like to thank The Grand Theatre for providing a lot of support in the realisation of this event.”

UCLan dance lecturer Roberto De-Gregori commented: "We thought our students really deserved a platform outside the University to show their talent, interest and passion. We’d like to thank The Grand Theatre for providing a lot of support in the realisation of this event.”

The performance will take place on Wednesday 22 May at 7.30pm and tickets can be booked online at www.blackpoolgrand.co.uk/shows or by calling 01253 290190.
