Are you a new start-up business with a great idea or an established company looking to create a partnership with a University? If so then the University of Central Lancashire's (UCLan) new Creative Development and Enterprise Centre Shuttle is hosting a free and insightful event.
The event will show how the University’s School of Art, Design and Performance can add value to your business and turn your ideas into reality using extensive industry experience, social media knowledge and a wealth of creative and original thinkers.
“After supporting local businesses over a number of years, we know it is natural for many businesses to need help in getting an idea off the ground."
Daniel Phillips, Design Coordinator at Shuttle, said: “After supporting local businesses over a number of years, we know it is natural for many businesses to need help in getting an idea off the ground. We provide a process that works for all businesses no matter how new their idea.”
This one day event, which takes place on Wednesday 18 March at Brockholes Nature Reserve from 10am until 3pm, will demonstrate to businesses how they can gain support from a University by showing past project case studies, live challenges set for students and a Q&A panel as well as influential guest speakers.
The day will include free lunch and refreshments along with opportunities to network and discuss potential partnerships with other business growth and support channels associated with UCLan and the local area.
