Honorary Fellow Paul Heathcote MBE was invited to the event at the University, which was organised by first year students to show the realities of working in the industry and provide practical experience.

Gabby Roberts was part of a team of seven who planned the Bake-Off competition which attracted over 25 entries.

“It’s been stressful but fun but it’s a great feeling to see it all come together. This is the first event we’ve organised and I’m looking forward to the next project and improving my skills.”
