Who are we?

Frontier Education, is an established and respected provider of outdoor education and is part of the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) is now based at Tyn Dwr Hall in the beautiful vale of Llangollen, North Wales.

With easy access from the motorway network and main services, Tyn Dwr Outdoor Centre is situated in magnificent grounds featuring ancient woodland and incorporating onsite facilities such as a full high ropes course, bmx track, archery and social activities. The surrounding countryside provides easy access for climbing, fell-walking, kayaking, mountain-biking and other outdoor activities.

The site has recently been acquired by the University, a leader in Outdoor Education degrees, and the Hall has undergone a £2 million refurbishment programme.
