Exam exemptions

Our undergraduate students may be eligible for exemptions from certain professional accounting examinations.  Our students can combine degree study and personal development skills together with obtaining recognition for the practical relevance of their studies, which is so valuable in the current market place.

We also offer the subject areas of Accounting, Business, and Economics within the Combined Honours and Business Joint Honours programmes. This allows students to combine their study of accounting with other subjects of their choice such as law, business information systems, economics, business, and management.

A degree in Accounting and finance could lead to a job as a Chartered accountant, Chartered certified accountant, Chartered management accountant, or Chartered public finance accountant.
