Airport transfer service

The University offers an Airport Transfer Service for all new overseas UCLan students, arriving into Manchester Airport.

The Transfer Service will be running between Wednesday 18 September and Saturday 21 September. Our operating hours are between 7am - 8pm (BST).

Before booking, please read the following instructions:

If we have low interest on particular days, we may not be able to offer you a transfer service.

If you will be arriving outside of our operating dates, we may not be able to offer you a transfer. However, we will still send you useful information about alternative methods of travelling to your Campus.

If you will be arriving during our airport transfer dates, but outside of our operating hours, we may not be able to offer you a transfer and you may need to consider your own transport. Alternatively, we may be able to offer you a transfer on the following day (considering we are running transfers on the following day).

We will confirm your booking and give you more information regarding your transfer a few days before your arrival. If we are unable to offer you a coach transfer during our operating hours, we will aim to provide an alternative method of transfer to your Campus.

Please do not submit the booking form multiple times. If you would like to check that we have received your booking, please email us on InternationalStudent@uclan.ac.uk.

The transfer service may not be available if your flight gets delayed or you arrive outside of the transfer operating times.

Our Airport Transfer Service is free of charge but only available to new overseas students. If any family members or friends are travelling with you to the UK, they will need to make their own way to your Campus by public transport.
