Learning and development is what we do, with staff as well as students. We want every member of staff to enjoy their work and achieve their potential. We offer training and development opportunities to ensure all staff have the skills to do their job to the best of their ability.
No matter which area of the University you are in, there will be a structured induction process to help you settle into your team and your role. You will discuss your development regularly with your manager, with targeted development plans guiding your personal journey into your job role and career at UCLan.
