"Impressed by what is available from The 'i', much more info around compared to other Unis" 2009
The 'i' is a modern, friendly Student Information Centre which operates along the lines of a One Stop Shop. We provide a wide range of information, guidance and support related to study or student life. Read Services provided in The 'i' to view the main services we provide. During our opening hours call in personally and speak to our staff on reception, many of whom are former students of UCLan.
In March 2007 we were successful, along with our Student Services, in achieving the Matrix Quality Standard for Information, Advice & Guidance. An independent Assessor outlined "the welcoming and friendly environment and the knowledge and support of its workforce."
Burnley 'i'
In September 2009 The 'i' opened at Burnley Campus. The reception is located at the Princess Way entrance. All staff at Burnley Campus 'i' are trained to offer the same range of information, support and guidance which is available from the Preston campus.
Please take a look at the Burnley Student Support web pages to see what The 'i' at the Burnley campus can do for you.
