Library Room Bookings

Study Pods and Study Rooms in the Library can be reserved online!

You can book a study space in the Library to make sure that you'll have a quiet place to work or suitable space for practising presentations/group work when you come into the Library. You can book a study space online using our room booking service and choose from Group Study Rooms or Study Pods.

Study Pods (Library Ground Floor)

• Fully enclosed
• Temperature controlled
• Bookable for up to two hours
• Keep your noise in and/or outside noise out

Group Study Rooms (Library Second Floor)

• 30 rooms available
• Bookable for two hours at a time
• Rooms have a webcam, plasma screen,whiteboard and computer
• Best suited for working in groups (rooms are available for up to four or eight people)
• Record and playback presentaions/record group discussions and ideas
• Keep your noise in and/or outside noise out
