Internships are work placement schemes offered by large organisations and companies. They are typically well structured and provide a diverse range of experiences, that is challenging and demanding. Internships are often aimed at penultimate year students and are very competitive, and it is vital that you apply early. More about Internships

Who can apply for an internship?
The internships are open to all UCLan graduates. There are some positions open to final year students. If you're not sure about your eligibility, please contact us for clarification.

Are there any part-time or flexible internships?
There may be a possibility of flexible working for these positions. This is at the discretion of the Internship Host and cannot be guaranteed.  Please state on your application if you cannot commit to contracted hours but state the hours that you can undertake per week.

What is the application procedure?
All completed application forms should be sent to the Placement Team before the closing date. Successful candidates will then be shortlisted and invited to an interview.

Yes, the futures team offer careers advice and guidance to all students and graduates.
