Architecture

Library Mechanical and Electrical Upgrade

ARCHITECTURE

Completion: September 2010                        Duration: 3 Months

Procurement: Traditional

The works on Harris Grounds and first floors together with Kirkham 013 are to ensure the provision of next year's teaching of Architecture/BNE.

LIBRARY MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL UPGRADE

Completion: 24th September 2010                Duration: 3 Months 

Procurement: Traditional

The scheme is a mixed mechanical and electrical upgrade approx £1/m in value.  It includes new efficient boilers, upgraded air handling systems and a new electrical mains panel and transformer increasing the buildings electrical capacity.
