Welcome to the UCLan Facilities Management (FM) web pages, I hope you find the information useful and welcome any comments you may have on improving the information available and the services we provide.

In February 2009, following the successful completion of a comprehensive £2 million refurbishment scheme Tyn Dwr Outdoor Centre  was officially opened providing UCLan with a high class teaching facility from which to base the practical elements of the University's Outdoor Education Degree Courses. The centre can provide a maximum residency of 97 beds and also facilitates courses for a diverse range of clients, ranging from school residential groups to Corporate Management Training.

In July 2010, the Westleigh Conference Centre project was completed and has provided UCLan with a highly prestigious Conferencing and Events facility for both internal and external customers.

Significant development work has also taken place on Preston campus with the construction of the new Sir Tom Finney Sports Centre and JB Firth Science Building , both of these facilities opened in 2011.
