Development and Maintenance

Role

Development & Maintenance is responsible for new build and refurbishment projects on all University campuses, along with reactive and pre-planned maintenance.  The team also handles Small Works.

Things you might not know....

The team has completed many successful projects such as Allen Building, Media Factory, Library Refurbishment project, Burnley College, Westlakes and Tyn Dwr Hall, Llangollen.

The team was also instrumental in helping the University to achieve a top 5 ranking in People and Planet's Green League.

Grounds Maintenance

Role

The main role of Grounds Maintenance is to maintain the University's grounds.
