This event is aimed at AHPs who are considering re-design of their current service or are planning to implement and evaluate innovative new service developments. The programme for the afternoon event will include invited local speakers from a range of AHP backgrounds who will use real cases to illustrate strategic and operational level considerations.

One of the presentations will address the question “what can social enterprise offer to AHPs?” The session will also include a structured workshop session and plenary question panel.

This afternoon event is aimed at AHPs who are considering service re-design within NHS services. The workshop will use real cases to illustrate service re-design and consider planning and implementation of service re-design for successful service delivery.
