Connected advanced communication skills training Short Course

The 2-day programme is designed for those staff involved in giving significant news to patients and relatives, i.e. Band 6 and above including GPs, Consultants and Specialist Registrars.

The programme is learner-centred and involves role play and feedback. It will enable senior clinicians to enhance their skills and their confidence so that the experience of all patients and relatives can be improved.
