Course Outline:
You will be introduced to coaching analysis software which can be used to analyse your own coaching performance and subsequently develop an action plan for your future development.

Facilitator: Craig Wright, Course Leader MA sports coaching / School lead for coaching analysis. Carl Cunningham, Demonstrator in coaching analysis and head analyst for Wales Women’s National Squad.

Learning outcome & aims

Workshop objectives:

• Investigate which values and beliefs are central to you and your coaching.

• Consider how your values and beliefs will impact on your coaching behaviours.

• Begin to articulate a coaching philosophy.

• Contemplate to what extent your coaching philosophy aligns within your coaching behaviours.

• Start to establish how coaching behaviour might be analysed using systematic analysis via match and notational analysis systems.

Industry links & professional accreditation

We have great links with employers including household names such as Sony, BAE Systems and Apple. We also have links with the smaller companies in the region and offer help and assistance to more than 1,000 of these – with many of our graduates staying in the region it is important we develop these relationships.
