 Are you a member of staff at UCLan with an idea for a conference or event? We are a professional UCLan service able to meet all your conference and event management requirements.

As a highly experienced Conference and Events Team we provide a specialist service to organise international, UK and local conferences, seminars, workshops, CPD and other events both on and off campus, to meet your requirements. This includes the initial pre-planning, organisation, management and delivery.

We support you by offering a bespoke service according to your event requirements. Our considerable knowledge and expertise in delivering successful conferences and events will save you valuable time which allows you to focus on your (conference/event) output whist raising UCLan’s profile.

BASES (British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences)
3rd – 5th September 2013, Location: Preston City Campus, 252 delegates
The conference reflected on innovation and change in the scientific approach to optimising health and performance. The programme showcased original research to drive forward approaches to learning, teaching and professional practice.

Normal Labour and Birth
5th – 7th June 2013, Location: Grange over Sands, Cumbria, 154 delegates
The conference addressed social, cultural, physiological, psychological, emotional and spiritual aspects of labour and birth.

Royal Astronomical Society – National Astronomy Meeting 2007
16th – 20th April 2007, Location: Preston City Campus and locations in Lancashire, 525 delegates
The UK's premier meeting for the astronomy, solar system and space science communities. International researchers, university academics, scientists and post-graduate students discussed a broad range of sub-disciplines, discoveries and developments.
