Can I hire more than one room?

Our venues are very flexible, allowing you to use different rooms as breakout areas around a main space.


Is there a minimum number of delegates for room bookings?

We do not have minimum number requirements for room bookings, and we can accommodate from 1 to 475 delegates.


I’ll need to connect to the internet during my conference/event

No problem, our complimentary Wi-Fi service is super-fast.


Can I bring my own catering?

Unfortunately, we don’t allow outside catering in our venues. We do have our own amazing in house catering team who can provide a variety of catering options to suit your event. Take a look at our catering menu and wine list.


Is there car parking?

We have several car parks that are situated around the campus. However, the Preston Train Station is situated on the west coast mainline and is a short 5 – 10 minute walk from the Preston City Campus. There are also taxis directly outside the station.


Do you offer discount?

If you sign up to our newsletter, we have a monthly discount for weekly room bookings.


What is the minimum time requirement for making a booking?

We are unable to process any enquiries less than 5 working days prior to the event date.
