Media Technology

Web, multimedia and television production lie at the heart of our programmes in Media Technology. The proliferation of digital technology has made knowledge and skill in these areas a valuable commodity.

You will gain a fundamental understanding of how the technologies work (hence these are BSc awards rather than BA). But this will be harnessed to an ability to produce work in your chosen field.

We see this cross-over of technical and production skills as an important area of development and hope to extend it in 2009 with the introduction of a programme in Infographics.
