Welcome to the History homepage. History is recognised as one of the University’s ‘flagship’ subjects for high-quality and innovative teaching and the excellent levels of student satisfaction. We have a diverse curriculum and have lead the way in developing new teaching initiatives such as e-learning and employability-related modules. All the History staff are active researchers and we have an international research rating.
