Residency Team

Moving out to live away from home can sometimes mean you face a variety of fresh experiences and new challenges. At UCLan our Residency Team are here to provide you with the assistance and support to make your time with us an enjoyable one.

Every hall has a Residences Officer and an Assistant Residences Officer to ensure you have the best possible experience from your time living with us. The Team are here to provide a range of services including information about social activities, dispute resolution, facilities management queries as well as offering support for any other issues you may have.

When you book your room you are not just paying for a space to rent; this is your home and we do our upmost best to make sure you get everything you want out of living here.

All bedrooms in University owned and leased accommodation contain a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and study desk. En-suite rooms have a personal shower, wash basin and W.C. Non en-suite rooms have a wash basin with mirror. There are also adapted rooms in the halls for those students with disabilities.

Recycling facilities and bicycle racks are provided throughout campus, and every resident has 24 hour access to University security.
